Hi All,

I am an employee of an Indian company.
They applied for my work permit last year and contracted me to a German company.

my residence permit bears this special text -

Selbstaendige erwerbstaetigkeit und arbeitsaufnahme nicht gestattet, ausgenommen die taetigkeit als B.E. bei #firma name#.

Die aufenthaltsgenehmigung enischt mit beendigung der genannten taetigkeit.

Die aufenthaltsgenehmigung ersetzt nicht die arbeitserlaubnis

I have an offer from different German company, is it legal to change the company.
