Hi, I am writing this only to warn the old Green Card and the new Blue Card holders about Munich administration.
I came here as Green Card in October 2004. My wife has done the “Integrationskurs” and we tried to get a citizenship based on §10 (3) Staatsangehörigkeitsgesetz (StAG). The Bayern administration rejected to count my first two years here with the explanation that my first work permit was bound with the company name and that means I was here “vorübergehend” (temporary)
.
What I see in the Blue Cards rules, they are bound 3 years with the company. So, think before to apply in Munich for a citizenship.

 may be try again  under ermessenseinbürgerung § 8 . where did u submit ur application , KVR oder Landratsamt München....
What level of german certificates, you gave with ur application.
