Hello,

I got a German Greencard and work permit in 2006 March. (it says Aufenthaltstitel on the stamped visa). The validity is given till 21-03-2010. I was in germany for 7 months and then left for India. I haven't visited Germany since. Is my Visa still valid? Can I visit Germany again this year or do I have to apply for a visa again?

There is no way you could get a Greencard in March 2006.

Akshay is right no greencard anymore.

I don't know which visa you have, anyway if you are out of germany more than 6 months than your visa is not valid anymore you have to apply again as you did the first time.
