Re: Eased rules for Residence/Work-permit 2005

Today I went to Auslanderamt and here are the results:
1. To get Niederlassungs-Erlaubnis:
We need:
a. Nachweis der erlaubten Beschäftigung, Arbeitserlaubnis oder Arbeitsberechtigung
b. Arbeitgeberbescheinigung
c. Wohnungsbescheinigung
d. Letze 3 Gehaltsabrechnungen
e. 1 Photo
f. 200€ Geburen, davon 100€ bei Antragabgabe, rest 100€ bei erteilung

2. I had a visa, which allows only to work with the present Company.
And as I had plans to change Company, I asked them to remove the limitation.

They removed the limitation and gave me a Residence+Work permit which is valid for any Company to work as IT-Specialist.
I originally had visa till 31.01.2006 but they gave the new visa till 31.01.2007. So I can work till 2007.

As my 5 years of stay in Germany get finished by Sep 2005, they told me to come 3 months before that to apply for Neiderlassungserlaubnis.
Some how they are only concerned about 5 years stay, no 60 months Rentenversicherung.

This all happened in Auslanderamt Leverkusen

HAT DOWN FOR LEVERKUSEN

it would be really good to use those smart Beamters to teach the stupid ones somehow.

check this out:
LEVERKUSEN guy:
had a RP binded to firma and got unbinded
didn't go to AA but only to ABH
didn't need JMC

another guy opet_ja:
had a RP NOT binded to firma and got binded
did go to AA allthough ABH should be enough
did need JMC allthough law says not

SO HOW TO GET THOSE WHO KNOW NEW LAW (LEVERKUSEN) TO TEACH THOSE WHO DO NOT KNOW

I thought for employed GC with unlimited work contract can apply for PR without the pre-requsite of having the 84k salary/5 years stay. (look at the immigration law 42.1.3.3.2)

The practical way could be to do one of two things:
1) We petition the government to create a standard catalog of situations (Musterfälle) with their correct solution.
We offer the government the money to print it and distribute it to all the ABH in germany.

or

2) We petition the government to create a web site similar to info4alien.de where the mitarbeiter can solve their doubts.
We offer to develop the software for free.

My suggestion for all of you who are going mad there is simply go to you local AB and find out personally what your local authorities are willing to speak and offer you for continuing your German life and I think this is obvious because each place and each beamter have their own concept. Don't wait for links or verdicts of others just go to AAAAAAAAAABBBBBBBBBBBBBBB
