Living in Germany while working in Austra on German Niederlassungserlaubnis

Hello,

I had German Blue Card and recently I have converted it to German PR "Niederlassungserlaubnis". Now, I have a job offer in Austria. My questions are as follows.

1- Can I work in Austria? As I have German PR, is it possible for me to work in Austria using my German Niederlassungserlaubnis?

2- Can I live in Germany while working in Austria? Is it possible? If so, do I need any separate Austrian Visa like Red White Red Card or my German Niederlassungserlaubnis is enough? My plan is to travel to Austria for work as the job offer is in company which is located very near to German border.

Any help in this regard will be much appreciated.
