way is so hard for non EU people to work and stay in Germany?

If U R and extraordinary person ' not in ur point of view but according to other people' something like a nobel prize winner then there should not be any problem.
But if u too r just a degree or diploma holder then u will have to wait for ur number in the queue like thousands of other unemployed people for ur luck.

The main reason for all these chaos is that things are not going on well here with economy and jobs. And the priority of any govt is ( should be ) to care for there own people first. And ofcourse when politics gets involved in it then situation becomes more complicated.
