Hmm..
I hope DvD is not trying to direct us to some link which increases his popularity or whatsoever in that forum..

I think it is not morally correct to say just "Info for GC" and give a link which increases your popularity in some other forum when we click on it..

If this is the case, DvD owes us an apology I guess..

Lacrima I love you for your morality. emoticon emoticon emoticon

BTW you asked about this §.

It is clear now. I was wrong but it is still a very god news.
We can not get Permanent Residance immidiately after 1.1.05,
but we have unlimited right to get Residance Permit.
So after 5 years we get Permanent Residance without any problem.
Of course if we have job and 60 months.

Beside I would liketo know if this §24 solves those problems if we lose job.

I think it should.
I think with it we should not be afraid of kick in the ass if we lose job, because we have better Aufenthaltserlaubniss.

Btw, link from Lacrima is better.
My link works only every 60 minutes.
Sorry,I did not know it is arranged that way.

@NoBody

I hope you'll find out how to pay those Renten.
But if you don't it is no problem.
You can make Visumverlängerung and after some time you will make 60 Renten and get PR.

I must say I enjoyed your post. That way of thinking, reminds me very much on my childhood, when I thought that good ones allways win on the end.
You made my day. Hope you're not angry 'cose you're such a nice person and I don't want to make you angry.
And you are intelligent too.
Hope you'll stay that way.

"You can make Visumverlängerung and after some time you will make 60 Renten and get PR.", don't think that's possible regarding the law. Unless you know a way that I don't.

@NoBody

of course it is possible.
That is exactly what this BeschV says.
It says that we have unlimited accordance to get Aufenthaltserlaubnis.
That means that we can verlängern Visum as long as we wish without any limit.
If we have a job of course.
Maybe even without, hard to say.

And that means that it is not the question, will our Visum be verlängert. It must be verlängert and no Beamter can refuse to do it.

@NoBody

60 months and 60 Renten and 5 years are conditions for NiederlasungsErlaubnis.
They have nothing to do with Verlängerung von Aufenthaltserlaubnis.
There is really no reason not to believe it.
Z.B. I now lots of people (not GClers) who had AE for 1 year than for 2 more and again 2 more...
According to you they would never receive 1. Verlängerung, but thea did.
And you will also because of the §46 BeschV
