Sorry for long post but my scenario is bit complex. I work in India as Senior software engineer. Few months back i started looking out for other job opportunities and i was offered an offer by an Indian company. So i resigned and started serving notice period which ends on 15th Feb 19. In meantime i also gave interview  to German companies and got one offer. So i took visa appointment for national employment visa on 26th Feb 19. 

Now i have following options :
1. Do not join Indian company and go to visa interview. In that case what should i mention in form , 'current employer' in India. I cannot mention current employer name as on that date i would have completed notice period. Will interviewer raise any concerns ? So what should i write in current employer name ?

2. 2nd option is to join the new Indian company. In that case, i can mention new company name in form but in "since employed field " i would have to mention only 1 week. Will interviewer raise any concern ? Also if i join new Indian company i would have to resign it again when visa comes and again i have to serve notice period in new Indian company.

What should i do in this situation ? Please advice. So personally i do not want to join new company in India if visa can come in 2-4 weeks.  I am going to apply to German Consulate in Mumbai so how long is the processing time ?
