Germany needs qualified workforce

There has been some discussion in other forums about the real necessity of qualified immigration in Germany.
I asserted many times that qualified migration is always beneficial for any country, and that this statement is supported by macro economic studies. Germany is not an exception to this case, particularly considering the dramatic decrease in population the country has been experiencing.
