Hello,

I work for a german MNC's office in another country. But currently deputed on a long term basis to one of the offices of my company in germany. I have an Aufenthalerlaubnis, but it says that I can work only for my current company's office in germany.

In the meantime I have got an offer from another german company.

Now my questions are...

1. Is it possible to convert my work permit to work for the new company without going back to my home country. If so, kindly tell the procedure.

2. I'm not an IT specialist. So is there any other way (other than GC) to get an unrestricted work permit (which permits shifting of jobs betwen companies) ?
