Query Regarding Blue Card

Hi All,
I am on a dependent resident permit in Germany. My wife is the primary applicant and a deputee from india working in Germany.
Recently i have found a job in Germany and started working. I am willing to apply for Blue Card as i meet all the criterias.

Questions -
1.Once i get the Blue Card, will my status automatically/implicitly change from Dependent to Primary?
2. Once i get the Blue Card, post which in future if my wife's assignment gets over in Germany, can she be my dependent and stay in Germany?
3.Is it possible to change the employer in Germany within 2 years post getting Blue Card? My nature of job is i am a consultant in IT.

Request experts to advise me as i'm planning to apply for Blue Card soon.
