After my wife who is a German native has completed a successful interview . An email was send to my local German embassy to issue the visa to me . its been a week and some days now after the German authorities requested that I should be given the visa but I've not heard from them. i was in Germany without stay because my daughter was born there but she died . I came back to my country in my free will to marry. I was not deported . Will I still be punish because I was in Germany without stay though I wasn't deported ?
