Hi all,
I dunno if this has been discussed already but I need some info regarding this.A wife of GC gets pregnant here in Germany and in the last months goes back to her Home country for Delivery to have some Family support and emotional help. After she returns back to germany say about 2 months after the Delivery
1) Will she be able to claim the Kinder Geld + Ersieungled.
2) How will the VISA procedure work for the new born in the home country.Will it be the same like cross verification here in germany or direct visa without any delay.
Any input would be greatly appreciated.

1- also yes from the date of birth.
2- in one of the arabic countries and after showing your residence permit stamps and an English birth certificate it got about one week to get the visa for the new born child.

Thanks for ur kind replies. Any exp from INDIA?, If she returns within 3 months after the new born will she get it or any other preconditions for the return.
