Dear Friends,
My nationality is Indian. I worked in Germnay for 5 years and then left to USA and lived in USA for one year.

Now If I go back to Germany and work for 2 more years and come back to USA or India. I would be spending 7 years in Germany that implies I would be paying pension for 7 years. Would I lose the eligibility to claim pension money back?

Is it required that 5 years shouldn't be crossed to be able to claim pension money back from Germany?
