I am dependent visa holder,I am an Engineer with M.Tech in 'Computer applications in Industrial Drives'(2004), B.E in 'Instrumentation & Electronics'(2000),I have worked as Teaching Assistance(from 2001 to 2002)n as Lecturer (in 2008). I have done German Language certification B1(2006).I have also undergone training in software programming languages.
Is it possible to work here as lecturer. What r the chances that, i can get in to software jobs in start-up level.I also want to know the salary for start-up engineers
could somebody help me in this regard

I see two problems in your case.

1.I am not sure if you can get a job as Lecturer only with a Master's Degree. Teaching assistants here are mostly Doctorates and Post-Doctorates.

2. Are you fluent enough in German to hold a lecture? Because otherwise there is very limited choice in giving English lectures

Suggestions
Try and get a list of Universities in Germany which caters to your area of specialisation and visit the Departments page to see if there are any vacancies or else you can contact the HOD by e-mail.

Software-Jobs : Depends on which software you have experience in or have a good command.

Salary : A basic start-up engineer can command a salary of 38,000 and upwards.

Suggestion : Prepare a few resumes(different titles like software engineer, Machinenbau etc) in German and put it online in Monster. You will get an idea about the market situation
