Hi everyone, currently I am finishing a masters degree in a Fachhochschule. My supervisor is offering me to stay as Wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter and pursue a Phd degree with a Partner University at the same time. Right now I have a studium visa (§16) and will need to extend it for this reason. I would like to know if I can bring as evidence of my financing a document from the Fachhochschule that I will work as Wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter or do I need an external financing for this part?
