Hi frens,
Does anyone have any idea what is the minimum hours a GC can work per week....
I am negotiating a contract where i would like to work only 30 hours in the company per week so that i can study at home... please reply......

I think there is no such limitation... if you earn the minimun salary for a GC it doesn't matter how many hours per week you work.

PD: minimun salary is still €39.575 ? (or €50,000 withouth any University degree)

if you do not allready have GC then you do not need this info because GC are not given any more.
if you have job you can get normal visa
or you can get student visa without problems.
if you have GC then it is now same as every other visum so youcan work as much as you want.
