Hallo All,
Can anybody tell me if it is possible to live in German part and work in Switzerland.

What to consider for this.

Actually I will get may be a job offer from Swiss and as I have resident permit and all rights in Germany I want to live in German part and drive everyday to work in swiss.

Can you tell me if this work and if this a good idea is??

possible only if you have NE, DE-EG or German passport.

To your second question - is a very general question - can have many answers.

My wife is German and I have spouse resident and work permit. Is this possible for me?

EU spouse might be allowed to work Swiss.

Absoulte correct answer can be given by Swiss employement office. Why not you call explaining your situation and asking for details. Need not give your personal details..

Where to pay tax and how much?
How about health insurance?
Any complexity involves?
Any one has experience?

The company is near to the German border.
