Hi all,

I’m a Sri Lankan recently got married to a German who’s a student there. She had to go back after a week of getting married due to her uni. I applied for the spouse visa once all the paperwork from my side and her side were done. And it’s been nearly 4 months since application. I have mentioned herself and my mother in law as the means of subsistence and my concern is if it’ll be an issue since she’s a student, will they (authority) ask to provide proof of finances or refuse the application for the very same reason. Anyone with similar experience please share if it’ll be helpful in any way to my scenario.
