Hi,
I have a employment opportunity from German employer and I had visa interview for work visa at Chennai consulate on 11th May, 2018.

I have submitted all of my expierience certificates from all my old employees.
As interviewer just asked whether I need any approval letter from current employer. I said it is not required and I need to serve one month notice period after my resignation.

The interviewer did not ask any documents from current employer, so I did not submit anything from same.

1. Do you think the interviewer missed to ask about docs from current employer?

2. Does this cause any problem for my visa approval?

3. If they need, will they contact me for missing documents or simply reject?

I know there is no status tracking facility. But still I can't resist myself to ask about processing time?

Any help appreciated
