Hi,

My Aufenthaltserlaubnis is expiring mid February and I am planning to make a visit to UK based on tourist/business visa during early January for 2 weeks.

My passport is valid until 2010. And I have UK visa until 2012.

Would you think I will be having problems at the border like I should have at least 6 months valid german residency permit etc. to enter UK?

Normally you shouldnt be having a problem at the border. Only if you were applying for a visa would have been a problem. Did u get a 10 year UK visa??
