I have lived in Germany for 6 years and due to personal reasons I had to go back to India for more than 6 months with my child. As my return was uncertain I got the abmeldung done. With this my visa got invalid and ABH asked me to apply for new visa. Please provide me the following information:
1) How long does it take to get a new visa once I apply for it?

2) What are the documents and procedure required for applying new visa?

3) Once I get new visa how long will it take to get new work permit?

4) After getting new visa how long will it take to get PR? Would ABH consider my earlier stay period in Germany for PR?

5) If my spouse apply for Citizenship how would that help my Visa status?

6)My child was born in Germany and before the visa became invalid, it was issued for 17yrs. With new visa will my child get German citizenship?

I would really appreciate if you could provide information on all my concerns.

3) if you apply for work visa, work permit is attached.

4) 5 years. NO

5) no difference

6) Old visa is not valid.
