Hello,

I will be getting married by this year end. I have few queries regarding my would-be's Visa.

I came to Germany for studies in Apr'2003 and after finishing my course I am working full-time since Jan'2006. I hold 'Aufenthaltserlaubnis' till May'2010.

So I am bit confused, for exactly what kind of documents will my future spouse need in order to come to Germany with me.

Am I eligible for Applying to so called 'NE' visa ? and will that be of any help for my would-be's visa procedure?

Kindly share your information on this issue.
