what do you mean by Vermögenswirksame Leistungen? Is this possible only thru banks? any webpage in english where i can know what it actually means. Can we take this money(given by the company) and keep it in Persoenlicher Versorgungsvorschlag fuer eine FondsRente liquid.

VvL is one of the nice features of the "Standort Deutschland". Many companies are offering this additional "bonus". You will receive a small, extra amount from your company - I think up to 40€ a month. After taxing, you will need to transfer this the full amount to a separate account - you need to talk to your bank and they will explain you the possibilities. However, this money is then paid for six years and will be on your disposal only after seven years (including interest of course). You can choose either to take the money or to get a lucrative and low interest loan (credit) from your bank based on this amount. After six years it continues and you will need to open an another account for the next one. The best is to talk to your bank.
