I got my blue card 2 weeks back which is valid for 2 years .
I have some personal emergency in india. My question is
1. Can I go back to India without permission of my employer ?
2. Can I come back again to germany with the same Blue Card ?
3. Is there possibility for my employer to block me rentering in to Germany with the Blue Card ?
4. Finally how long I can stay outside germany being a BLUE CARD HOLDER ?

Can someone please help here with the right guidance as i need to travel to care of my Mom
