Dear All ,
Hi everybody and Nobody .
Can I travel to my home country in August and get back without problems of entry at the German borders . Knowing that my residency ends in September and I have an Active application for NE ?
Would appreciate any usefull feedback .

Hello Green,
As long as you have a valid resident permit no one can stop you from visiting your home country and returning back.

Hi green2000,

just as said, you can get in without any problem, even if your visa ends on September 21st (I'm asking myself why I used that date) and you enters here on September 20th, as long as it is valid, you got the right to come and go as long and as much as you want.
