Dear All,
My girlfriend applied for a visit visa in January for the duration from 1' Apr - 29' Apr, to Germany and got the visa approved. However, due to change of plans, the trip will be cancelled as we are getting married in March and I am a blue card holder. Now, we want to apply for a family reunification (spouse) visa.
Can I proceed with the application for a family reunion in March and cancel the visit visa?
