Experience of returning to India for good

Hello,

I would like to ask if any one had any direct or indirect experience of returning to india for good after working and staying for a long time in germany. More importantly if any one has moved back with kids.
1. What problems do kids face after having studied in the german schools to get accustomed to the schools back in india?
2. Can kids of age 9-10 get used to the indian schools?
If anyone has such experiences or had known some one who has taken the plunge with kids, please do share with me. It would be great
