Invitation letter for tourist visa

Hi All,

I am going to have visitors from India. In their 2 weeks tour of Europe they will be staying with me in Munich for two days.

I have been asked to send some invitation letter for this purpose. Has anybody send such letter? I hope that I do not have to send verpflichtungserlärung for such a short stay.

If anybody has sent similar letter if yes any template?

If they are goin on a 2 weeks europe tour through a travel agency then you dont have to do anything as the travel agent will take care of the visa. But if they are dependent on your sponsorship to get the Schengen Visa then you have no option but to provide the verplichtungerklärung.
