Yesterday I was at the AB and I asked the requirements for an invitation for some relatives. There was a new Beamterin and she was soo friendly and wanted to help me, I was shocked. She asked me even, if I have other questions and if we forget something. That was my best (and the only good) AB experience so far.

I don't know, perhaps the women do this job better ;) or now the ABs try to improve their reputation.

I don't think they try to improve their reputation, but they are always people who are ready to help and she can be one of them. You find such people at the ABHs everytime, the most difficult is to find them
