Father's name on DOB and passport

Hi,

I will be applying for citizenship in coming weeks. I just realized a mismatch of my father name on passport and DOB.

On my DOB it is "Amandeep Gill" and on my passport it his name is printed witout second name but with middle name "Amandeep Kumar".

Question 1: Can mismatch create problem?
Question 2: I have also heard that ABH asks DOB of parents too? Is it true?
