AG stands for big companies like VW AG or sap AG

i think AG is better choice and they last bit longer in current crises where as small companies fires quickly if something bad happens.

or u join some tochter firma for these big companies.

but i guess when they(AG) do ,they do they do mass kundigung but IT people hurt at very last.( here im talking about auto industry perticular)

There are no rules or mapping between those terms and job security! If a company is in trouble, it will fire regardless if it is AG, GmbH or KG. Google those terms in case you need more info about them.
