Hi all,

a lady from Ausländerbehörde asked me
to apply for NE soon because i have
payed more than 60 months Renten as a GC.
however she also mentioned language test.
(((
i mainly speak english and a little bit
german.

anyone knows in FFM what they are going to
test me? i read an article of the forum
which said some people have to read a
small old newspaper and explain it in
german.. is it true? it is soooo horrible
and i really get scared..

according to the law those who came before 2005 do not need 60 Renten and german test for NE.
only 5 years and basic german knowledge.
It is § 104 Übergangsregelungen

What about salary requirments for NE??. Is it any problem for getting NE, If the person getting less than 35K per annum.

It would be better what is the minimum salary requirment for NE? coz my company has been reduced the salary since few months back due to the tight finical reason and also we dont get any new projects
