Dear all,

Though i am an old member ,i had to make a new id coz of login problems with my old account.
I have done my Masters in Germany(IT related) and have got an offer for a job near Stuttgart.
But since it is a small company they suggested that instead of paying me a regular 36K basis,they would pay me a kind of stipendium since the company owner is a professor. But i will be working full time and paid in full.

I have taken up the offer since i wanted a job and now i am waiting for the offer letter.The company guys seem nice but it is possible there are loopholes?? If anyone has encountered a similar situation they could help me!
