Hi all,
I am getting married soon to my german girl friend, but at present she is unemployed, is this a good reason for refusal of a fiance visa?
I will appreciate if any one can clearify me.

There is nothing in German Visa System called "Fiance Visa". If you are getting married, you wont be the "Fiance" of your girlfriend, will you ?

If a German Citizen gets married with a foreigner, he/she has the right(Anspruch) to live with his/her Husband/Wife in Germany and that is regardless of the fact that whether he/she is employed or not. That is part of the German constitution* and has to do with the "holiness of the family".
