This question is for the sake of information.

If some one studies Masters from German University. He/She is granted WorkPermit only in case he gets a Job Relevant to His/Her Education and that WorkPermit is Fixed with that Firma. Now if He /She looses job then that person has to find again job in his education relevance then is granted WorkPermit again for that other Firma. Now if one gets Company Intependant Visa/WorkPermit then in that case if he/she looses job then if one gets a new job he/she does not have to ask Ausländerbehörde or Arbeitsamt for WorkPErmission.

My question is that SHOULD that new job be Education relevant or not.

For example one is Engineer as per education and with company independant visa he she looses job and he she has only 2 months to extend his her visa now if he she get a job not relevant to his her studies for example mcdonalds etc and based on that would his her visa/workpermit be extended or NOT?

The job does not need to be relevant to the education in this case. If you get a company independant visa - it will be written ''Beschäftignung jeglicher Art gestattet''
which means employment of any kind is allowed.

or ''Unselbständige Beschäftigung uneingeschränkt erlaubt'' which means unlimited employment (not as freelancer) is allowed.

Conclusion: when this is stamped in your passport you can flip burgers in Mc'Donald with Master's degree in engineering.

thanks for the info, so it means as one is having company independant visa and looses job just before his visa validity expiration, then one can get any sort of job and get visa extended, even if he is eligible for niederlasungserlaubnis at that stage he can apply and get that. right?
