Sorry but if I don´t work, me and my family don´t eat. In my case is not a matter of visa for me to work.

Are you planning to abuse the social system after getting NE? ;)

At the time of the citizenship application, you are supposed to secure your livelihood. I guess, you can not apply for the citizenship, if you are getting social help(ALG II)) but if you are receiving ALG, then it should not be a problem..

No, I dont want to misuse any social system....I have good brain and two hands to feed myself.

My point is, if I stop working for few years, and just want to relax, so as to enjoy my life a bit, ofcourse with my own money....can I apply for citizenship..when I am not working...

What does it mean that I should have mean to secure my livelihood?? Some cash will be enough? if yes, how much?

hard to say but I think 20k€ is not enough
50k should be enough but 500k is certainly enough.
