I have worked in Germany for 37 months on Greencard. I left the country before 24 months to India. So, Does I get the pension back as I didn't work for 60 months.

You can get your money back after 24 months of time you left the germany. If its already 2 years u left germany you can apply for that money.

Once a person left germany before 24months. Should he stay in India compulsory or Its ok if the person is in USA for 24 months.
