Saw a lot of information on buying health insurance for visiting parents from Germany. wanted to know if anyone has experience with indian companies like Apollo Munich,Bajaj who have partners in germany. I think it would be cheap option to buy that out from India but not sure on claim process as one may need to use it with 60+ parents. Any recent experiences with Indian companies? other suggestions will also be useful...

You can try ADAC from germany itself. Service is good and if parents are below 66 years the premiums are also reasonable.

have taken this several times for my parents and the serivce was good. But we never claimed anything as we never used it. I has a co-pay of 50 euros for every visit.

Did someone ever try AXA-SCHENGEN. how is it and is there any other for cashless treatment,if required.
