Hi All,

I am planning to file my tax returns using a private lawyer. But my concern is i do not pay pension (renten). Could there be a problem in such case?

For the previous years my company took care of filing the tax returns and i faced no problems. The reason for my to take a private tax consultant is my company appointed lawyer takes a long time to complete the procedure, so i am planning to do it privately.

If anyone has experience with this type of situation could share light.

My concern is are they going to recover pension for all the years i have not paid.

Is it not that paying pension is mandatory
