can anyone tell what happens if I get PR in Germany.
do I need visa for countries like Eastern Europe?

At the moment, I am GC, but still, I need visa for these countries.

Do we get somekind of GERMAN AUSWEIS with which we can travel without visa, just like Germans do?

only with citizenship you get german Ausweis and Pass. you can get CS after 8 years.
NE or PR is just another visa in your old pass

You get the last sticker in that link if you are a non-EU country citizen. Nothing other than that!
