Hi All,

I posted this topic in another thread, just wanted to get some more details. One GC is facing the following the situation: He got a new job but went late to submit his papers at ABH. He had also resigned from his job in order to take up the new job on 01.03. Since the WP process is now taking 4 weeks or more, whats his status?. Ofcourse, he cannot work in his new company till the WP comes. What if his new employer says that they will stick to the contract starting on 01.03 and pay all versicherung beitrag normally?..does it mean that he does not need to register as 'Arbeitlos' at AA. Infact he went to AA yesterday (01.03) and he was asked to just wait and not to register or sth. He is getting things cleared from his new employer and proabably will go to AA again. In the meanwhile, if someone of you have faced this situation, please do let me know how you handled the situation.
