Based on article 19, new Immigration law.
One of the three criteria for "Niederlassungserlaubnis " immidiately is A scientist who has special technical knowledge.

THis is one version I heard in reply to the question

"We will ask other scientists to see if this applicant scientist has special technical knowledge that is needed in Germany"

It is fair except I wonder if there is really an official panel of real or appointed scientists who will receive each applicaiton and provide a reply that reflects the current need of German industry.
Do these scientists need to be accounted for the decision they make.

If there do have this panel of scientists, then there is future for me here. Do you think this is logisticsly feasible in Germany? Especially with the "One stop application" highly featured as the strong point of the new immigration law. I hope I am wrong here and such panel do exist and the process is transparent.

I hope I am not the only one who see what could be the problem if this is actually an official statement provided in written form and gets published or remarked by Press regarding the new German immigration law to attract the bright and the talented scientist to work at Germany.
