i m a fresh Masters in Computer from a very reputed institute of india, but somehow i stuck with a boddy shopper company and came on h1b visa recently. But the company in which i came here have 2-3 employee but no project . I am so worried abt the situation that i m thinking to go back. The company owner told me to prepare fake resume and go for the interview, I was shoked, I can't decide what to do .I m thinking to go back to india.
Please help me and give me suggestion.

H1B?? that means you are in USA, doesn't it?

Anyway, the advice will be same anywhere...

...start to search for a new job (of course without informing your current employer). If you are already in USA/Germany then it would be easier to contact companies to have an interview than trying to establish contact being in your home country.
