New Visa Rule-Min. stay in INDIA

Hello,
Last september i came from India on Deputation to my parent Company in Germany and we got the W.P and R.P. for 1 year. Now i have to back to India once my visa gets over towards the end of this year.
My question is how long do i have to stay in INDIA before coming back to Germany on Deputation to work again in the same company? Does it depend on the type of VISA i am in now?
Some people told me that i have to stay equal no of time i spent in Germany before i come back.

The text is my R.P is "AUFTHALTSERLAUBNIS and § 7 AuslG i.v.m. mit $ 4 (8) ASAV."
