I stay in Düsseldorf (Germany) and I am interested to take a internet connection at home. Also I need to make phone calls to mobiles and landlines to India.

I know T-Com provides phone line + DSL connection of 2 Mbps at ~45 euro/month. The instalation charge is ~60 euro. I can use the prefix dialing numbers to call India at a rate of approx 10 cents/min.

I wanted to know --

i) Is there any better option than T-Com for this kind of offer?
ii) What about Ish cable internet connection as a replacement? What will be the approx. cost per month? Is the voice quality good for PC2Phone calls?

Any help on this regard will be highly appreciated.
