For a client we are looking for a Structure Stress Expert:

Job Description:
Act as team leader, focal point and technical expert to Airbus WP stress focals.

* Organize the core team, delegate tasks, allocate work in stress team
* Act as a technical mentor for the nominated core stress team
* Ensure that goals and objectives are perceived as attainable
* Create and maintain channels to enable core team members to do their work
* Report team progress and decisions made to concerned stakeholders
* Review and interface with the Airbus stress focal
* Support the handover of input and output
* Perform team member selection and recruiting
* Quote efforts and ensure compliance to the SoW
* Secure on time deliverables of the stress team
* Secure deliverable quality levels of the stress team

Required Skillsets
*Expert and extensive experience on Airbus A350 Fuselage stress, sizing, analysis, and stress report creation
*Primary structures expertise with Airbus Germany process and tools
*Primary structures requirement for Airbus A350 programme
*Primary structures composite strength and analysis expertise
*Communication, training stress, check deliverables, engineering effort estimation.
*Project Management Tools - MS Office/MS Project
*Strong communication
*German language is a plus
