Hi,
I got offer from German company of which salary per annum is around 55K Euro.I will be applying Visa at Mumbai Consulate.I am Bachelor of Engineer (B.E.) and my spouse is B.Com. (Bachelor of Commerce)

Two questions :

1. Can I apply Employee Visa and Re-union Visa at the same time in Mumbai Consulate ?
2. As my profession (B.E.) and salry is more than 40K , will I be considered in High Skill catagory & will my wife get A1 exam waiver ?
