Hallo,

Can anybody share his/her experience regarding the accomodation required for the spouse visa? Will it be fine for the visa process if i am having the contract of the accomodation starting from the next month in future when the ABH calls for submitting the proof of sufficient financial and accomodation resources.

Personally i feel it won't be an issue, however it might depend on your case worker and how he/she interprets the law. Most likely they will delay your wife's visa until you have moved in and once you provide them "meldebeschinigung" they will approve the visa of your wife.
