Hi,

The new Blue Card has a minimum salary requirement for Arbeitserlaubnis, but for people graduating from German Universities their must be a discretionary law. I will strongly recommend you to call or visit your Sachbearbeiter/in at the ABH, as sometimes one is at the discretion of the case worker sitting at the Foreigner's office.
